I love a good makeover. This project remade an existing Shopify store with a new template and added shopping features to bundle and cross-sell efficiently. The Village Piemaker has a great story. Judith Ogden Larsen learned to make pies from her grandmother, and they were her specialty. She thought that people might buy her pies, so she loaded up her pickup truck and sold her handmade pies along Interstate 80. Pretty soon, people began calling from all over the country asking her to ship her pies to them. I wanted to incorporate this story and the feeling of grandmother’s pies into the site in a way that would represent the modern brand as well as it’s handmade history.
