Through my career, I’ve run a successful freelance business, served as in-house art director, agency creative director, and entrepreneur. I spent the past 12 years as Digital Creative Director at Harland Clarke, working with clients in the financial services industry, like U.S. Bank, BB&T, Huntington Bank, and Wells Fargo. We built email templates, campaigns, landing pages, content libraries, videos and more. Managing a remote creative team, I was responsible for creative direction and strategy for major digital accounts, content production, and e-learning. I also managed design and coding for custom email templates and client campaigns for the email service provider, SubscriberMail.
When SubscriberMail was rebranded Harland Clarke Digital, I designed the logo (a derivative of the parent company mark), all of the print and digital marketing materials and the unique brand within a brand that would become known as simply HCD.
My work for HCD won six AVA Digital Awards in 2018 for Huntington Bank’s small business email campaigns, and I worked closely with BB&T Bank to create their award-winning “Bank on Your Success” program.
